60 years ago, when Mr. Brown started the company, he always stressed giving the best diagnosis possible. He regularly passed on thousands of dollars, because it was the wrong diagnosis. Customers would be convinced that since a company said the tree was going to die, that they were telling the truth. Too many companies out there will charge $3,000+, without trying to correctly diagnose the problem. Many times, the tree can be saved for 1/10 the price.
